Send a request and we reply within one working day with availability, the full price and a kit list. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Choose a camp
Forest, lakeside or ridge. If you are not sure, pick “advise me” and we will make a suggestion based on your group.

Send your dates
One preferred arrival date and, if you have one, an alternative. We hold a place for 48 hours while you decide.

Pay the deposit
30% confirms the booking, the balance is due 14 days before you arrive. Card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Prices are per person and the same all season. Children under twelve stay free at forest camp when sharing a tent with a parent.

Before you send
Deposits, changes and weather
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit confirms your dates. The balance is due 14 days before arrival, by card, PayPal or bank transfer. We never take a card number over the phone.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability. Inside 30 days we will move you if we can fill the original dates.
What if the weather turns?
We camp in rain. If a storm warning or fire closure makes the camp unsafe, we move the trip to the bunkhouse at no extra cost or refund the affected nights in full.
Do you take solo travellers?
About a third of guests book alone. You get your own tent unless you ask to share, and the deposit is the same either way.
How far ahead should I book?
Weekends in July and August go first, often by February. Midweek and September dates are usually available six to eight weeks out.
